Our employees receive extensive safety training before they are allowed to climb and comply with Federal and State safety regulations at all times.

Wave Communications has built an in house safety training facility, shown here. This aid allows us to train new climbers in the proper use of safety and fall arrest equipment under close supervision in a controlled environment.

Safety training continues on every job, every day. At daily site meetings, fall hazards, RF exposure, and evironmental risks are discussed and appropriate actions are taken.

Wave Communications is a leader in complying with RF exposure control. Accessing broadcast towers requires definitive studies to establish safe zones. Tower mapping and signing are control methods to protect the tower climber and the tower owner. Wave owns RF suits and RF Monitors to enable us to safely access areas otherwise unsafe to service.
